Bohning’s F Nock fits micro diameter shafts with an inner diameter of 0.166" (4mm) - or any arrow shaft compatible with G nocks. Also compatible with G UNI bushing system. Each nock weighs 6.5 grains and has a throat size of 0.120" or 3.05 mm.
