The Beiter Insert Nock is designed to fit .245 / 6.5mm / S-nock compatible arrow shafts. The 19/2 Asymmetric version comes in Beiter's signature asymmetric profile and has a #2 (large) groove suitable for most compound strings. This nock is quick and easy to install - simply push it into the shaft and you're all set. 

When using these asymmetric nocks, please ensure that the side with the Beiter logo is facing up when the arrow is nocked.
